Easy Cream of Tomato Soup

  1. In a saucepan combine tomato, leek, potato juices.
  2. Add 1 cup of half and half, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in 3 tablespoons minced fresh basil.
  4. Ladle into serving dish and garnish with fresh basil sprigs
