Grapefruit and Champagne Sherbet

  1. In a bowl, mix the grapefruit juice, Champagne, and simple syrup.
  2. Place in an ice cream freezer and chill according to the manufacturers directions.
  3. When the sherbet is frozen, remove, cover, and place in freezer.
  4. When ready to serve, sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds.
