Sweet & Spicy Meatloaf
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 cup Oatmeal (quick Oats)
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cups Heniz 57
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Sweet Baby Rays (or Any Barbeque Sauce)
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the ground beef, oatmeal, ketchup, chopped onion, eggs, cayenne, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- With your hands, mix the ingredents until well blended.
- Form the mixture into a loaf and place in a Dutch oven.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- While meatloaf is baking, make the sauce.
- Place ketchup, Heinz 57, brown sugar, Sweet Baby Rays, and mustard into a pan and cook on medium heat on the stove.
- Pour sauce over the meatloaf and bake another 15 minuites.
- Slice and serve!
