Holiday Magic Yams Recipe

  1. Drain peaches and reserve juice.
  2. Put cornstarch in 1/4 c. of peach juice and set aside.
  3. Heat reserved peach juice and sugar, cranberry sauce, cinnamon, and butter; when butter is melted add in cornstarch, mix and cook, stir over medium till it thickens - put yams in dish, put peaches around yams.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  5. Serves 8-10.
