Healthy Chicken Hash Browns

  1. Remove the skin and yellow fat from the breast meat thoroughly.
  2. With the thickest part of the breast, cut diagonally with a knife and spread it open.
  3. Cut in half and season with a rather generous amount of salt and pepper.
  4. Julienne the potatoes and coat with katakuriko.
  5. Don't soak the potatoes in water.
  6. Heat a frying pan and coat with oil.
  7. Place half of Step 3 in the frying pan in 2 batches.
  8. Set the breast meat on top.
  9. Add the rest of the potatoes on top of the breast meat.
  10. Fry for 7 minutes over low heat while pressing down with a spatula.
  11. Press down from the beginning, and you can leave them to cook after halfway through!
  12. When they are golden brown, flip over.
  13. Fry them for 5 minutes pressing down at the beginning again!
  14. Turn up the heat little higher.
  15. Combine to make a sauce.
  16. When the chicken is cooked through, serve on a plate and it's done.
