Piping Hot Venison Dip Recipe
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 pound grnd venison
- 1 env. dry taco mix
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 jar taco sauce (mild or possibly warm)
- 3 c. grated cheese (Colby, Cojack, Muenster)
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- Spread refried beans in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- Brown meat and remove from heat.
- Add in taco mix, enchilada sauce and taco sauce; mix well and pour over beans.
- Spread grated cheese on top.
- Heat in 400 degree oven for 15-20 min or possibly till bubbly.
- Spread lowfat sour cream over cheese and return to oven for 5 min.
- Use tsp.
- to dip and serve with nacho chips.
