Crab Meat Valentine Recipe

  2. Saute crab meat lightly in butter.
  3. Add sherry and simmer until reduced by one-half.

  5. Add flour and cream, season and cook until thickened.
  6. Fork stir, keeping crab in lumps.

  8. Cook and drain asparagus.
  9. 4.
  10. Place asparagus in bottom of a buttered casserole.
  11. Pour crab mixture over asparagus, spread with whipped cream, sprinkle with cheese and brown under a low flame.
