Microwave Recipe Basic Chicken Mix Recipe

  1. Layer the flour and chicken.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients, cover.
  3. Microwave on high 35 to 50 min till meat is no longer pink.
  4. Stir 2 times during microwaving.
  5. Cold, remove meat from bones.
  6. Cut into bite size pcs and return to sauce.
  7. Divide proportionately in 4 portions and freeze.
  8. To defrost microwave at medium 6 to 12 min.
  9. Stir occasionally.
