Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 cup Irish Whiskey
- brand rye Whiskey, bourbon, scotch
- 1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- coffee cream
- 4 eggs *
- 2 tbsp. chocolate flavored syrup
- 2 tsp. instant coffee
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- In blender container, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth.
- Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to one month.
- Stir before serving.
