Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; spray with cooking spray.
  3. Beat first 4 ingredients with mixer until blended.
  4. (Dough will be thick.)
  5. Press half onto bottom of prepared pan.
  6. Bake 10 min.
  7. Sprinkle half of the chopped chocolate over crust; top with wafers.
  8. Microwave peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring after 30 sec.
  9. ; spread over wafers.
  10. Roll out remaining dough into 13x9-inch rectangle between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
  11. Peel back top layer of waxed paper; flip dough onto top of dessert.
  12. Remove remaining waxed paper.
  13. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate; press gently into dough.
  14. Bake 15 min.
  15. Cool 1 hour.
  16. Refrigerate 4 hours before using foil handles to lift dessert from pan to serve.
