Pizza with Caramelized Onions
- 12 ounces, weight Fresh Made Pizza Dough
- 1 cup Fresh Made Pizza Sauce
- 8 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cups Caramelized Onions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Remove pizza dough from the bowl.
- Roll the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
- Using your rolling pin, roll the dough into a 14-inch round.
- Transfer pizza dough to a baking stone.
- Spread fresh made pizza sauce onto the pizza dough, leaving about 1/2 inch at the edges uncovered.
- Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, alternating each as you go.
- Spread caramelized onions on top of the cheese.
- Bake pizza at 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
- The crust should be golden brown and the cheese should be bubbly.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, slice, serve and enjoy!
