Meat and Veggie Filled Miso & Lettuce Wraps

  1. Soak the burdock root in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Skim off the scum.
  3. Finely chop the beef.
  4. Combine the B) ingredients.
  5. Heat a frying pan on medium-high.
  6. Saute the beef and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  7. When the meat has cooked through, add the A) ingredients and saute.
  8. Add the B) ingredients and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
  9. It's done.
  10. It tastes delicious if you wrap it up with bean sprout namul, fried glass noodles, or white spring onion.
