Peach Chutney

  1. Combine ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Cook slowly until desired consistency is reached (Note: does not thicken much more after cooking, so cook to desired consistency.)
  3. Mash slightly before filling hot, sterilized jars.
  4. Seal.
  5. Process 5 minutes.
