Spicy Sliced Brussels Sprouts / easy!

  1. Thinly slice dried, cleaned, core removed sprouts.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the sprouts, oil, vinegar, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
  3. Cover bowl, and let stand 25 minutes.
  4. After 25 minutes add pine nuts and cheese.
  5. Toss
  6. Place in serving bowl.Top each serving with some extra pine nuts and a touch of cheese if you like!
