Chicken With Garlic, Apple & Cider

  1. Cover the chicken breasts in olive oil, salt & pepper.
  2. Bake 20-25 minutes in a 400F oven until cooked through.
  3. Boil the garlic cloves in a pan of hot water for about 5 minutes.
  4. Drain.
  5. In a skillet, add garlic, apple, cider & mustard and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Add in the heavy cream and using a fork mash the garlic around.
  7. Toss in the cooked chicken after it's done.
  8. Simmer 5 more minutes.
  9. Sprinkle parsley on top.
  10. Serve!
