Carrot and Celery Slaw with Yogurt Caraway Dressing

• 1/4 cup plain yogurt
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds, chopped fine
• 1 cup shredded carrot
• 1 cup paper-thin slices peeled celery

1. In a bowl whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, caraway seeds, and salt and pepper to taste and stir in carrot and celery.
