Soda Cracker Torte Recipe

• 12 soda crackers, crushed (18 thins)
• 4 egg whites
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 c. minced nuts

1. Beat egg whites till stiff.
2. Add in sugar gradually to egg whites.
3. Mix together.
4. Mix in minced nuts and the crackers.
5. Bake in a greased pie t in at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
6. Serve with fruit and whipped cream.
7. For a 9x13 inch pan, use these amounts.
