Lobster Divine Recipe

  1. Heat cream and egg yolks in a double boiler and cook till it thickens.
  2. Add in the lobster, finely cut, and cook for 10 min.
  3. Add in butter and season to taste.
  4. Add in a shot or possibly two of brandy; mix well and serve on toast points or possibly crisp crackers.
