Blueberry No Bake Pie

  1. Spread soft cream cheese in the bottom of the pie shell.
  2. Fill with 3 (or less) cups blueberries.
  3. Combine 1 cup blueberries and the water; bring just to boiling, reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes.
  4. Combine sugar and cornstarch; gradually add cooked blueberry mixture.
  5. Cook, stirring constantly till thick and clear.
  6. Cool slightly, add lemon juice.
  7. Pour over berries in pie shell.
  8. Chill.
