Mary's Kerala Chicken Curry Recipe

  2. Brown chicken in oil or possibly butter.
  3. Remove and keep hot.

  5. Saute/fry onion, garlic and apple in drippings.
  6. Sprinkle flour and seasonings over mix and cook 2 min.
  7. 3.
  8. Stir in broth.
  9. Cook till thickened.
  10. 4.
  11. Add in chicken.
  12. Simmer, covered, 35-45 min or possibly till tender.
