Seafood Alfredo Recipe
- 1 (7 ounce.) can of snow crab liquid removed and cleaned
- 1 (7 ounce.) can shrimp or possibly 1/2 pound fresh small shrimp
- 1/2 (10 ounce.) pkg. pearl onions cooked 4 to 5 min
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery, saute/fry tender, but crisp
- Cook cream sauce in top of double boiler.
- Don't BOIL SAUCE.
- Add in sea food, onions, celery.
- You may add in 1 Tbsp.
- minced pimento and 1 c. frzn peas (optional).
- Place over low heat till warm through 15 to 25 min.
- Serve with: 1.
- Pasta shells small.
- 2.
- Puff pastry shells.
- 3.
- Croissants heated and split (my favorite).
- Serve with a light salad.
