BBQ Spinach, Mushroom, Pineapple and Onion Pizza
- 2 whole Medium Spelt Or Whole Wheat Pizza Crusts
- 1 cup Bulls Eye Hickory BBQ Sauce (or Your Favorite BBQ Sauce)
- 1- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 8 whole White Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 cup Pineapple Tidbits
- 1 whole Small Red Onion, Diced
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Spread 1/2 cup of the BBQ sauce evenly across each pizza crust.
- Top with spinach, sliced mushrooms, pineapple and diced red onion.
- Place in the oven to bake 12-15 minutes, until crust is browned and toppings are cooked.
- Makes 2 medium pizzas.
