Soft Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2/3 c. regular sugar
- 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, melted
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 teaspoon water
- 2 12 ounce. bags chocolate chips
- Mix together flour, salt, baking soda.
- Set aside.
- Mix together sugars, melted butter and shortening.
- Add in Large eggs, vanilla and water into sugar mix.
- Gradually add in into flour mix.
- Add in chocolate chips.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 9 min or possibly till lightly browned on sides.
