Deviled Lettuce Salad Recipe

• 1 head of iceberg lettuce
• 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 2 1/4 ounce. can of deviled ham
• 1/4 c. minced green pepper, optional
• 2 tbsp. minced pimento
• 1 tbsp. minced onion

1. Hollow out head of lettuce, set aside.
2. Mix all ingredients well.
3. Fill lettuce with mix.
4. Wrap lettuce head firmly in foil.
5. Refrigeratethoroughly.
6. Slice diagonally to serve.
7. This salad can be made a day ahead to save time.
