Elsie's Coconut Dessert

  1. Mix flour, sugar, butter and coconut together and spread onto a baking sheet.
  2. Brown under the broiler stirring often and watching carefully.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Mix vanilla pudding with milk as directed.
  5. Whip cream until stiff.
  6. Place 1/2 of crunch mixture on bottom of pan.
  7. Spoon pudding over crust.
  8. Spread whipped cream over pudding.
  9. Top with remaining crunch mixture.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
