Tropical Coffee-Banana Bread

• 1 pkg. (14 oz.) banana quick bread mix
• 1/2 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
• 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
• 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
• 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Macadamias

1. Prepare batter as directed on package for bread loaf, substituting coffee for the water.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into prepared pan.
4. Bake as directed on package.
