- 34 cup oatmeal
- 1 14 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 12 teaspoons yeast
- 12 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 12 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- Bake according to manufacturers instructions, adding the apricots and hazelnuts during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading.
