Chicken Casserole Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. cut up chicken or possibly turkey breast
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 8 ounce. can chestnuts
- 8 ounce. can bamboo shoots
- 4 or possibly 8 ounce. can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 can Durkee French fried onion rings (opt.)
- Pepperidge Farm corn stuffing
- Mix all together in a microwave dish.
- Put bread stuffing on top, as much as you wish, drizzle melted butter over bread stuffing.
- Optional: Durkee French fried onion rings, last layer.
- Bake uncovered on high for a total of 20 min.
- If oven is not a carousel, rotate dish after 10 min.
- My 3 boys and my husband say this is their favorite dish.
