Mayonnaise and Miso Gratin

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Chop the leek into 1.5 cm slices.
  4. Cook the chicken in a frying pan on medium heat.
  5. Once the chicken has been cooked about 80% through, add the leek and cook until tender.
  6. Combine the ingredients to make the mayo-miso sauce.
  7. Place the cooked chicken and the leek into a gratin dish.
  8. Pour the mayo-miso sauce on top.
  9. Top with cheese and sprinkle with panko.
  10. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes until browned.
  11. "Japanese Mochi Rice Cake Gratin".
