Easy Chocolate Pops
- 1 Mini bell-shaped castellas
- 200 grams White chocolate
- 300 grams Milk chocolate
- 1 box Pocky or Toppo
- 1 Marshmallows
- 1 pen per colour Black, white, pink and yellow chocolate decorating pens (the quick drying variety)
- 1 Sliced almonds
- Lay out all of the ingredients.
- Finely chop the chocolate.
- Stick the Toppo into the mini bell-shaped castellas.
- Stick the sliced almonds into the castella to look like ears.
- Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath.
- Coat the rabbit castella in white chocolate.
- Remove the excess chocolate.
- Place upright in something like a cup, and wait until it cools and hardens.
- For the penguin, stick sliced almonds into each side of a marshmallow.
- Coat just half of the marshmallow in chocolate.
- Once they have cooled and hardened, draw on their faces with chocolate decorating pens.
- You can wrap them and give them as presents.
