Angel

• Ice
• 1/4 ounce Chambord
• 4 ounces chilled Champagne
• 1 ounce Pineau des Charentes (Cognac-fortified grape juice) or Lillet blanc

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the Chambord and Pineau des Charentes and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled flute and top the drink with the Champagne.
