Angel
- Ice
- 1/4 ounce Chambord
- 4 ounces chilled Champagne
- 1 ounce Pineau des Charentes (Cognac-fortified grape juice) or Lillet blanc
- Fill a pint glass with ice.
- Add the Chambord and Pineau des Charentes and stir well.
- Strain into a chilled flute and top the drink with the Champagne.
