  1. Let me preface this by saying that you can add as much or as little of the ingredients as you like.
  2. Want it more garlicky?
  3. Throw some more in!
  4. More olives?
  5. Pile em on!
  6. You could probably even do it with thinly sliced beef instead of chicken!
  7. Seriously, feel free to adjust it to your tastes.

  9. 1.
  10. Peel cucumbers.
  11. 2.
  12. Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out all the seeds.
  13. 3.
  14. Dice cucumbers.
  15. 4.
  16. Combine diced cucumbers, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  17. It tastes better if you let it sit for an hour, but Ive used it right away, and it was fine.
  18. To make the gyros:
  19. 1.
  20. Cut chicken breasts into chunks.
  21. 2.
  22. Season chicken with Greek seasoning.
  23. 3.
  24. Cook chicken on the stove.
  25. 4.
  26. When chicken is almost done cooking, stick the naan in the oven to warm/toast for a minute or so.
  27. 5.
  28. When naan is heated and chicken is done, assemble gyros as follows: place chicken in the middle of the naan, then the tzatziki on it, then the feta, then the chopped Greek olives.
  29. 6.
  30. Roll it up tight!
  31. Tin foil is a big help in rolling it tight and keeping it together while youre eating it.
  32. Imagine youre at a carnival!
  33. Or a New York street fair!
