Chicken and Ginger Stir Fry

  1. Heat the oil and saute garlic, chicken, carrot, mushroom, ginger, baby corn, mange tout, and pepper for around 10 minutes until lightly browned and the chicken is cooked.
  2. Add noodles for the last 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the honey, lemon and soy and pour over the chicken.
  4. Heat through for 2-3 minutes and serve garnished with fresh herbs.
