Chicken and Ginger Stir Fry
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 carrot
- 115 g mushrooms
- 2 12 cm ginger
- 50 g baby corn
- 50 g mange-touts peas
- 1 pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 12 lemon
- 150 g noodles
- Heat the oil and saute garlic, chicken, carrot, mushroom, ginger, baby corn, mange tout, and pepper for around 10 minutes until lightly browned and the chicken is cooked.
- Add noodles for the last 5 minutes.
- Combine the honey, lemon and soy and pour over the chicken.
- Heat through for 2-3 minutes and serve garnished with fresh herbs.
