Chikuwa and Cabbage Mayonnaise and Curry Stir Fry

  1. Slice the chikuwa diagonally.
  2. Rip the cabbage apart with your hands.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the chikuwa.
  4. When it's browned, add the cabbage and curry powder, and fry until the cabbage has wilted.
  5. Make sure the curry powder blends evenly.
  6. Stop the heat and add the mayonnaise and grated sesame seeds.
  7. Taste as you go and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or as much as you like.
