Fajita Chicken Thighs
- 1 packages dry fajita mix
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tbsp olive oil or any oil
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- mix spice packet and broth together until blended
- mix in oil
- place thighs in a casserole dish, pour liquid over and cover.
- let marinade in the fridge over night covered with foil, (flip in marinade as often as you like).
- preheat oven to 375F.
- place dish covered with foil in oven & bake for 25 mins.
- flip thighs and cook covered for 25-30 mins.
