Fajita Chicken Thighs

  1. mix spice packet and broth together until blended
  2. mix in oil
  3. place thighs in a casserole dish, pour liquid over and cover.
  4. let marinade in the fridge over night covered with foil, (flip in marinade as often as you like).
  5. preheat oven to 375F.
  6. place dish covered with foil in oven & bake for 25 mins.
  7. flip thighs and cook covered for 25-30 mins.
