Gazpacho Dip

  1. Blend oil and vinegar.
  2. Add salt, garlic salt and pepper.
  3. Stir.
  4. Mix with olives, green chilies, tomatoes, onions and avocados.
  5. Chill for several hours for flavors to mix.
  6. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
