Gazpacho Dip
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 1- 3/4 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 can (4 Oz.) Chopped Black Olives And Liquid
- 1 can (4 Oz.) Chopped Green Chilies And Liquid
- 3 whole Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
- 4 stalks Green Onions, Finely Chopped
- 3 whole Ripe Avocados, Diced
- Blend oil and vinegar.
- Add salt, garlic salt and pepper.
- Stir.
- Mix with olives, green chilies, tomatoes, onions and avocados.
- Chill for several hours for flavors to mix.
- Serve cold with tortilla chips.
