Bean & Chicken Baked Taco Filling
- 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
- 0.5 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups grilled chicken breasts (diced or shredded)
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) cansliced black olives, drained
- 8 ounces of your favorite salsa
- 4 -6 corn tortillas (or both) or 4 -6 flour tortillas (or both)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix taco seasoning and refried beans together.
- Put all the ingredients in a greased baking pan.
- Stir slightly and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve with flour and corn tortillas and all the sides you want.
- **Cook time does not include grilling chicken.
