Gwen's Oven Pork Chops Recipe
- 6 to 8 lean pork chops
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic chips
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
- Mix together flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic.
- Coat the chops in the flour mxiture.
- Brown in oil in large skillet.
- Place browned pork chops in large pan and add in can of soup and rest of flour mix.
- Cover and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 2 hrs.
- Serve with cooked rice.
