For Diabetics - Hakka Mushrooms

  1. Dissolve cornflour in 2 tbsps.
  2. water and soya sauce.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  5. Add green chilli and garlic.
  6. Saute for 2 minutes.
  7. Toss in mushrooms and salt.
  8. Saute for 4 minutes.
  9. Stir in the cornflour mixture.
  10. Saute for 3 minutes till the sauce coats the mushrooms.
  11. Add spring onion greens.
  12. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  13. Sprinkle chilli powder.
  14. Serve hot.
