Sticky Rice - Japanese Rice

  1. Place rice in small pot and add water.
  2. Bring to a boil, do not stir.
  3. Cover at once and lower heat as much as possible.
  4. Place a weight on the lid.
  5. Let the rice steam this way for 15 min.
  6. Remove lid and fluff.
  7. It will be sticky and sweet.
