Shoarma

  1. mix all the spices and store in a small jar
  2. cut the meat into small slices and add olive oil and 1 or 2 tbsp of spice mix depending how spicy you want it, marinate for a few hours
  3. fry or grill the meat and put it into a pitta bread with salad then drizzle with garlic and sweet chilli sauce
