Coconut Chicken

  1. Fry onion in olive oil till just staerting to brown.
  2. Add crushed galic and grated ginger , black cardemom and cinnamon stick and cook for furthet 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt and chilli and cook for further minute.
  4. Now add tomato puree and cook for minute and add chicken.
  5. Keep stirring and cooking for about twenty minutes.
  6. Add a bit of water every now and then to stop chicken sticking or burning.
  7. Now add chopped tomato and and corriander, cumin and garam masala and cook for about 10 minute.
  8. Add coconut milk and tamrind paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Now garnish it with corriander leaves.
  10. You can add more water during last step if you need more sauce.
