Low Carb Breakfast Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Spread ground sausage on the bottom of baking dish.
  4. Spread little chunks of cream cheese on top.
  5. Beat eggs with salt and pepper; pour over the top.
  6. Top off with cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 min or until eggs are done.
  8. Let cool for 5 min.
  9. Enjoy.
