Veggie pasta salad

  1. Boil pasta to al dente.
  2. Rinse immedialtely with cold water and set aside.
  3. Combine pepper, oregano, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice and zest, and mix until combined.
  4. Add carrots, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and spinach.
  5. In saucepan, mix together veggie mix and pasta.
  6. Add vinaigrette and refrigerate until cold.
