Mexican Cornbread

  1. Mix cornbread per instructions on box.
  2. Add cream corn, onion and jalapenos.
  3. Put half of mixture into 9x12 pan.
  4. Layer sausage and 1 package of cheese.
  5. Top with the remaining batter.
  6. Bake at 400F for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Top with remaining cheese, melt.
  8. Chow down!
