Meaty Lasagne Recipe
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 c. onion flakes
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt or possibly pwdr
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can Hunt's herb tomato sauce
- 2 cans Hunt's Special tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce.) tomato paste
- 8 ounce. lasagne noodles
- 1 sm. cottage cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 tub ricotta cheese
- 3 (8 ounce.) Mozzarella cheese
- Brown beef, oregano, onion flakes, basil, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, and water till done.
- Drain, if needed, and mix all tomato sauces and paste with meat mix.
- Fill the baking dish alternately as follows: meat, sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.
- Cold 15 min before cutting.
