Pam's Hash Brown Casserole
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of potato soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl combine soup, sour cream and garlic salt.
- Add potatoes and cheddar cheese, mix well.
- Pour in a greased 13x9 pan.
- Top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake oncovered at 350 for 55 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
