Mum's Potato Salad

  1. Pan cook bacon until crispy.
  2. Drain on paper towel.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, vinaigrette, mustard and seasonings.
  4. Boil potatoes until just cooked.
  5. Drain well.
  6. While potatoes are still warm, place all ingredients in a large bowl, toss gently and serve.
