Healthy but Yummy Apple Bread
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 4 egg whites
- 1 12 cups Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 12 tablespoon vanilla
- 4 -5 apples, diced (crisper like granny smiths are better)
- mix all dry ingredients together and set aside, in another bowl mix the eggs, splenda, applesauce and vanilla together.
- Stir in the dry ingredients and gently fold in the diced apples.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- (cooking time will depend on pan size you are using, I typically use 6-8 med loaf pans).
