Salmon with Mustard-Cream Sauce
- 3/4 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 3/4 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard, divided
- 6 small skinless salmon fillets (1-1/2 lb./675 g) Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
- Cook and stir cream cheese product, broth and 1 Tbsp.
- mustard in saucepan on medium heat 3 min.
- or until heated through.
- Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
- Brush fish with remaining mustard; grill 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Serve fish with mustard sauce.
